My name is Ursuline Edwards-Sutton and I am the author, trainer and coach for all of the Shine group workshops and personal consultations. Shine personal and professional development programmes are aimed at individuals who want to develop themselves.The inspiration for Shine came from my corporate consultancy work. Over the past twenty years I have helped organisations and their people develop their marketing and sales skills and capabilities. My brief often includes employee development coaching, mentoring and training. The success I have enjoyed within the corporate sector has inspired me to create a programme of development material for individuals who may not have access to corporate training or development or are looking for something else.

Over the years I have made a considerable investment in my own personal development studying extensively in the areas of marketing, sales, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and personal and corporate image. This blend of knowledge has enabled me to develop something a little more unique than the knowledge from a single discipline would permit. I aim to make my workshops and personal coaching and development programmes relevant, insightful, inspiring and interactive (we learn best through experience). I believe that learning and development should be a motivating, enjoyable and most of all fun.
