Developing your Executive Image

To develop your Executive Image first of all you need to be comfortable with who you are and what you are. It makes it much easier for people to be comfortable in your presence if you are relaxed and self confident. It is easy to see when someone is uncomfortable and lacks self confidence. You sense it, you hear it and most of all you see it. In their posture, body language and of course their dress and appearance. Looking nervous, acting unprofessionally or having an unkempt appearance will give people the impression that you don’t respect yourself. You will have to work so much harder to make a good impression because you will be fighting for people’s attention while they are distracted by what you look like and how you present yourself.

Executive Image Consultation (half day) or Executive Image and Impact Consultation (full day)

The morning will be dedicated to your Personal Style and Executive Image within a professional business environment. We'll focus on the visual first impression you make and how to project the right 'Executive Image' using your dress and appearance. Topics covered include:

• Manage the impact you create through your appearance
• Colour psychology and personal colour analysis.
• The tricks of individual styling to develop your Executive Image.
• How to wear clothes that will flatter, enhance and complement your shape and physique.
• How to choose and budget for clothes that are appropriate to your role, level and aspiration within the organisation.
• Build a capsule working wardrobe to showcase your Executive Image.
• Manage the smart casual 'executive image' dilemma
• Accessorising to create your Executive Image.

The afternoon will be dedicated to verbal and non verbal communication and impact. In other words voice and body language.

You will receive your own personal colour swatch and personal styling notes which will serve as essential companion in developing and perfecting your new executive image and impact. This is a comprehensive half or full day executive image and impact consultation but because it is on a one to one basis we can tailor make the day and spend as little or as long on any of the subject areas as you would like.
