Business Etiquette Workshop?

Although we live in a fast paced, modern and changing world there are still rules, norms and conventions in business that should be observed. An individual's personal brand, personal impact and professional image are all governed by business etiquette. Business etiquette is about convention, what is acceptable and what is not, and it is alive and well in many organisations. Companies want to know that they have employees that are comfortable and know how to behave in business and social situations. Companies often ‘hand pick’ the employees who will work on new business, entertain clients and maintain client relationships.

Etiquette is quite subtle and almost intangible and yet it pervades most aspects of business and social behaviour and its absence will be more quickly noticed than its presence. Bad manners and incorrect or inappropriate behaviour do not go unnoticed. They may not be overtly or openly discussed or commented upon as that would be equally bad form but they are noted.

If you are a company or organisation who has employees who work in a client or customer facing role then you will know the importance of business etiquette. Equally if you are a trade association or professional body then you will appreciate that business etiquette should form a fundamental part of your member's continuous professional development. I offer a one day Business Etiquette workshop for a fixed fee. Alternatively you can commission a half day condensed workshop or a two hour taster Business Etiquette workshop.

Etiquette aware?

Ignorance is no excuse for rude or inappropriate behaviour and bad manners. Consistency is the key to good behaviour. Etiquette should not be selective and reserved for just a few people or certain situations. Treating one person with respect but being rude to another is equally unacceptable. Being respectful of other people, their culture, religion, convention and customs are behaviours that will stand anyone in good stead wherever and whenever they travel and whoever they meet. Business and Social Etiquette should be seamless and unnoticeable.

Business Etiquette Workshop Fee

If your employers or members would benefit from a one day Business Etiquette Workshop then you can book one for a fixed price of £1,200. That means that you can train and develop up to twenty people for a fixed price of just £1,200 for the day. That's the equivalent of £60 per day, per person. The equivalent training price with other training organisations is around £495 per trainee, per day. Alternatively if you have a time restriction or want to see how the workshop is received you can choose a condensed half day version for just £600 or a two hour Business Etiquette taster workshop for just £450, that's incredible value.
