All of the Personal Impact workshop options are based on a fixed fee (plus travel and expenses). The two day workshop is £1,200 per day, £2,400 in total. That means that you can train and develop up to twenty people for £60 per day, per person or £120 for two days. The equivalent training price with other training organisations is around £495 per trainee, per day. Alternatively you can choose a one day Personal Impact workshop for £1,200, a half day for £600 or a two hour taster workshop for only £450. The one day Personal Impact workshop is a condensed version of the two day programme. The half day and two hour taster workshops give a flavour of this rich subject.

Personal Impact Workshop Overview

A two day interactive and highly experiential workshop. The Personal Impact Group Workshop will give each delegate genuine insight into their impact and that of others. Delegates will be able to look introspectively at their own personal impact and behaviour as they explore the following topics:

• How aware are you of your personal impact and what you are giving out and communicating to others?

• How would people describe your style and temperament?

• Is your first response to react to a situation or think about it?

• Are you known for your ability to see both sides of a debate?

• What does your voice and body language communicate to other people about the way you are feeling?How do others see you?

• Understand how you impact others. What works, what doesn’t work and why?

Delegates will learn tools and techniques to develop their personal impact:

• Managing your emotions.

• Explore status and physicality and how to use it.

• Verbal communication – your voice and phraseology. Different ways to say what you mean.

• Non verbal communication- your posture and body language, what are you really saying?

• Visual communication - what is your image saying?

• Different perspectives: Learn how to understand, appreciate and respect other's opinions.

• Develop your influencing skills through language and impact.

Personal Impact Workshop Terms and Conditions

The fee is a fixed fee for running the Personal Impact Workshop. When you book the workshop the following terms and conditions apply:

• There is a fixed fee for the workshop which does not include expenses, travel and subsistence.
• You need to provide a suitable venue for the workshop.
• You supply equipment as requested: flip chart(s), data projector, pens and writing paper (as appropriate)).
• You do not exceed the maximum recommended number of delegates.
• You provide adequate catering for delegates or attendees.
• You provide photocopies of the slides and any documentation as supplied by Shine to all delegates and attendees (the material remains the copyright of Shine Personal Development).
